Not for simple jobs. If you just need a standard sign or a reception logo and have your files ready, we do the layout for free. For larger projects like office fit-outs or rebranding where we need to plan the space and create technical drawings, we charge an upfront Design & Concept Fee.

Think of it like a deposit. It covers our time to measure, draw, and spec the project. If you go ahead with the order, we credit the full fee back against your final invoice. If you don't proceed, the fee pays for our time.

For most jobs in Dublin, we will pop out for a free look to discuss what you need. For projects further afield or if we need to do a precision technical survey before manufacturing, a Site Survey Fee applies. Like the design fee, this is often deducted from the final bill on large orders.

Yes. We work with architects and designers every day. As long as their files are "production ready" (vectors and correct dimensions), there is no extra cost. If the files are incomplete or need us to fix them, we will let you know before we start.

No. We are brand implementation experts, not a graphic design agency. We take your existing brand and make it look amazing in the real world. We don't create logos or corporate identities from scratch.

We design the entire physical environment, not just the logo on the wall. We plan the full look and feel of the space, including interior modifications, wall and window graphics, material finishes, and custom illumination. We design every brand element needed to transform a blank room into a finished commercial space.
