Yes. We need a live power point (IP65 spur) within 1 metre of where the sign goes. Our team are expert sign installers but they are not Registered Electrical Contractors. We can connect the sign to the spur, but we cannot run primary cables back to your fuse board or distribution box.
If our crew arrives and cannot work because the site is locked, unsafe, or blocked by parked cars, we have to charge an Aborted Visit Fee. This covers the cost of the crew and equipment. Please ensure we have clear access and keys or codes if needed before we arrive.
Only if it is explicitly listed on your quote. If it is not on the quote, we assume the wall will be clear and ready for us. If you need us to remove and dispose of old signage, please let us know beforehand so we can allocate the time and waste disposal costs.
We do our best to cover old holes with the new sign, but we are sign makers, not builders or painters. If removing the old sign damages the paint or leaves visible holes that the new sign doesn't cover, you will need a decorator to repair the surface.
You must tell us where they are. It is your responsibility to identify hidden services like gas, water, or electricity cables before we drill. We check with standard detectors where possible, but we cannot accept liability for hitting services that were not clearly marked or identified by you.
Yes. It is your strict responsibility to get permission from your landlord or property management company before we drill into their building. If we install it and you are forced to take it down later, you are still liable for the costs.
