We are based in Dublin 12. Our workshop is at Unit 220 Holly Road, Western Industrial Estate, D12 EH32. We are in the premises formerly occupied by Magco Plastics.

You can do either. You are welcome to collect your order from our workshop in Dublin 12 once it is ready. If you prefer, we can arrange nationwide delivery via DPD for small items or a pallet service for larger signs.

No. Please do not send a driver until you have received the "Ready for Collection" email or text notification. If a driver arrives before the notification is sent, the goods will not be released as they may still be in production or finishing.

We use third-party partners. For small boxes under 1 meter, we use DPD. For large or bulky items, we use The Pallet Network. Please note that pallet deliveries are "Kerbside Only", meaning the driver will drop the pallet at the nearest safe point and will not carry goods inside your building.

You must inspect the goods immediately upon arrival. If the box looks damaged, you must sign for it as "DAMAGED" with the driver. You must then notify us in writing with photos within 24 hours. If you sign for the goods as "Received in Good Condition" or fail to report it within 24 hours, we cannot claim insurance and cannot replace the item for free.
