SHIPPING POLICY

1. Scope of Policy

1.1. This Shipping Policy ("Policy") applies to all shipments of goods ("Products") sold by Brandmark Signs Limited ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") via [www.brandmarksigns.ie] ("Website").

1.2. By placing an order, the customer ("Customer," "you," "your") agrees to be bound by the terms set forth herein.

2. Delivery Regions

2.1. The Company offers shipment of Products to:

  • The Republic of Ireland;

  • European Union Member States;

  • Other territories subject to courier availability and prior written agreement.
     

2.2. Installation services are restricted exclusively to locations within the Republic of Ireland.

3. Delivery Methods

3.1. Products may be delivered by:

  • The Company's internal logistics and installation teams (for installed signage); or

  • Third-party courier services, including but not limited to DPD, An Post, DHL, and private local couriers.
     

3.2. The selection of courier service provider shall be at the sole discretion of the Company unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.

4. Shipping Costs

4.1. Shipping charges are calculated and displayed separately at checkout and are not included in the Product price.

4.2. The Customer shall bear all shipping costs unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4.3. The Company does not offer free shipping thresholds.

5. Dispatch and Processing

5.1. Production of Products shall commence only upon receipt of full payment and approval of all required artwork or graphics.

5.2. Standard Products are typically dispatched within 3 to 5 working days after production completion.
Custom or complex Products may require extended production times prior to dispatch.

5.3. Dispatch times are estimates only and are subject to change without notice.

5.4. Where tracking information is available, it will be provided to the Customer upon request.

6. Delivery Timelines

6.1. The Company provides indicative delivery timeframes; however, such timeframes are not binding and shall not constitute a contractual obligation.

6.2. The Company shall not be liable for any delay in delivery, howsoever caused, including but not limited to delays by third-party courier services.

7. Risk and Title

7.1. Risk in the Products shall pass to the Customer upon dispatch to the courier service provider.

7.2. Title in the Products shall not pass to the Customer until full payment of all sums due to the Company has been received.

8. Loss or Damage in Transit

8.1. The Company accepts no liability for loss, damage, or destruction of Products occurring after dispatch to a third-party courier.

8.2. In the event of loss or damage, the Customer may notify both the courier service and the Company.

8.3. Upon review, the Company may, at its sole discretion, offer to repair or replace the affected Products.
Refunds shall not be issued in respect of custom-made Products under any circumstances.

9. Missed Deliveries and Incorrect Addresses

9.1. If delivery cannot be completed due to the Customer providing incorrect or incomplete address information, the Customer shall be responsible for all costs associated with re-delivery.

9.2. Where a courier returns a shipment to the Company following unsuccessful delivery attempts, additional delivery charges will apply.

10. Local Collection

10.1. Customers may, by prior arrangement, collect Products from the Company’s registered premises:

Unit 220 Holly Road, Western Industrial Estate, D12EH32, Dublin, Ireland.

10.2. Collection shall be by appointment only and at the Customer’s sole risk upon receipt of goods.

11. Delivery Limitations

11.1. Installation services are available solely within the Republic of Ireland.

11.2. Courier shipments to EU Member States are subject to courier network availability.
Where delivery to a given location is not feasible, the Company will notify the Customer and attempt to arrange alternative delivery or collection options.

12. Force Majeure

12.1. The Company shall not be liable for any failure to perform, or delay in performance, arising from causes beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to courier service failures, acts of God, strikes, or governmental actions.

13. Governing Law

13.1. This Shipping Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ireland.

13.2. The courts of Dublin, Ireland shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with this Policy.
