Service Standards

  • Strictly White-Label: We supply unbranded goods. Your client remains your client.

  • Supply Only: We manufacture to your files. Design is your responsibility.

​

  • Payment Terms: New accounts operate on a Pro-Forma basis (Payment prior to production).

​

  • Lead Times: We adhere to strict agreed deadlines. Standard production is typically 7-10 working days.

  • Logistics: Nationwide courier delivery or Collection from Dublin 12.

Built-Up & 3D Letters

Advanced Fabrication.

  • Construction: Stainless Steel, Aluminium (80mm channel), or Large Format 3D Printed for complex detailing.

  • Faces: Opal Acrylic or Polycarbonate, finished with translucent solid or printed vinyl (including Day/Night options).

  • Illumination: Face, Halo, Side, or Day/Night configurations.

  • Supply Options: Available as Fully Assembled units (complete with 1:1 installation templates & PSU) or as a "Kit Form" service (Bending/Print only).

Custom Lightboxes

Premium Custom Fabrication.

  • Scope: From standard geometric shapes (circles, squares) to complex bespoke logos. We do not use cheap, pre-made standard shells; every unit is built from scratch to your exact dimensions.

  • Build: Aluminium/ACM returns painted 2K Automotive or 10-Year Exterior (Any RAL/Pantone).

  • Faces: Opal Acrylic or Polycarbonate depending on size.

  • Graphics: Translucent vinyl or printed backlight applications.

Folded ACM & Fascia

CNC Routing & Folding.

  • Applications: Tray signs, totem cladding, and complete fascia systems.

  • Finishing: Wrapped in 7-Year Polymeric or 10-Year Cast vinyl matched to any RAL/Pantone.

  • Assembly: Supplied fully folded and bonded, ready for mechanical fixing.

Framing

MIG Welded Structures.

  • Fascia Frames: 25x25mm Aluminium box section with integrated fixing angles for easy installation.

  • Heavy Duty: 25x100mm C-Channel structures for ground-mounted totems and large-format signage.

  • Logistics: Designed and built in modular sections to fit standard vans for transport.

Specialist Project Services

Digital Enclosures & Housing

Screen Integration.

  • Fabrication: Custom-built housings for video walls, curved screens, and retail displays.

  • Fit: Precision manufactured to hold your specified screen modules.

  • Turnkey Option: We specialize in the enclosure fabrication, but can manage the full supply of screens and AV hardware if required.

Commercial Vehicle Branding

Fleet Wrapping Services.

  • Weekend Installation: To ensure zero downtime for your client, we offer a "Drop Friday, Collect Monday" service. Your fleet remains operational during working hours.

  • Quality Control: To warranty our work, we operate on a Supply & Fit basis only. We select the correct material for the specific vehicle contours and design.

  • Policy: We do not install third-party graphics printed elsewhere.

Large Format Print

Trade Printing.

  • Capabilities: High-fidelity wide-format printing for vinyls, banners, and architectural wall coverings.

  • Finishing: Supplied rolled, laminated, or mounted to substrate.

  • Integration: Available as a standalone service or integrated into your fabrication orders.
