Product Overview

Structural aluminium housings designed for large format lightboxes, fascia signs, or push-through signage. We do not hold stock. You provide the height and width, and we fabricate the unit.

The perimeter is constructed from 100mm x 25mm aluminium C-channel, MIG welded to form a rigid box section. The back panel is Aluminium Composite (ACM), riveted to the channel return. For large-span units, we weld 25mm x 25mm angle internally to reinforce the structure and provide mounting rigidity. The face (not supplied) is secured using 25mm x 25mm aluminium angle retainers, supplied loose or pre-drilled.
