Product Overview

Structural aluminium frames designed to support folded ACM fascia panels. We do not hold stock. You provide the overall dimensions, and we fabricate the unit.

The outer perimeter is constructed from 25mm x 25mm aluminium square tubing (box section) for rigidity. As the box section cannot be directly face fixed, we weld aluminium angle brackets into each corner to create accessible fixing points for wall bolts. Internal vertical rails are fabricated from aluminium angle to provide clearance for these fixings. Frames exceeding 3000mm in length are manufactured in modular sections to ensure fitment in standard transport vehicles.
