Structural aluminium frames designed as the mounting foundation for folded ACM fascia trays. The perimeter is constructed from 25mm x 25mm aluminium box section to maintain a flat mounting surface. To allow for direct wall fixing, aluminium angle brackets are MIG-welded into the internal corners, providing accessible points for bolts without penetrating the outer box section. Internal vertical rails are fabricated from aluminium angle to ensure clearance for fixings. For units exceeding 3000mm in length, the system is manufactured in modular sections for transport and site handling.
