Product Overview

Fabricated ACM trays for shopfront fascias and commercial signage. Panels are CNC V-groove routed for folding to achieve precise 90-degree edges. Available in factory-finished basic colours or custom branding using 7-year polymeric vinyl (solid colour or digital print with matching UV laminate). Trays are structurally bonded with Wurth adhesive and riveted for rigidity. Designed for mechanical fixing onto internal sub-frames, supporting a 5–7 year aesthetic performance life.

Fixing Detail: We supply the bolts to secure the tray to the back frame. These can be painted to match the tray, or we can provide matching circular stickers to hide the screw heads for a cleaner finish.
Note on Sub-Frames: Internal aluminium sub-frames are required for installation and are sold separately.
Warranty: 12-month warranty on fabrication and bond integrity.
