Product Overview

Custom CNC routed aluminium composite trays designed for shopfront fascias and cladding. We do not hold stock. You provide the overall dimensions and return depth, and we fabricate the unit.

The panels are machined from 3mm Aluminium Composite (ACM) using V groove routing technology. The face is wrapped in 7 year polymeric vinyl (solid colour or digital print) prior to folding to ensure clean edges. The returns are folded to the specified depth and bonded using structural adhesive for rigidity. These trays are designed to mount directly onto our Aluminium Sub Frames.
