Product Overview

Custom laser-cut acrylic signage built from bonded layers of 3mm acrylic. We do not hold stock. You provide the vector file and dimensions, and we fabricate the unit.

The assembly consists of up to 4 layers of acrylic, laser-cut to produce a standard flame-polished edge. Solid colours are achieved using factory cast acrylic, reverse-applied vinyl (for specific Pantone/Metallic matches), or reverse digital print for gradients. Alternatively, dimensional elements can be produced using 3D Printed PETG.

Note: Parts larger than 500mm in any direction may require split-lines/sectioning.
Construction: Bonded assembly (Up to 4 layers of 3mm Acrylic).
Fabrication: Laser-cut with flame-polished edges.

Complex/Gradient: Reverse digital print.
Metallic: Clear acrylic with reverse-applied metallic vinyl (Non-Mirror).
