Product Overview

Custom dimensional letters with front illumination. We do not hold stock. You provide the vector file and height, and we fabricate the units.

For standard and large letters, the returns (sides) are formed from welded aluminium with opal acrylic or polycarbonate faces mechanically fixed or bonded. For small or intricate letters, we 3D print the face and return as a single unit using PETG. The back tray is CNC-routed Aluminium Composite (ACM) for large letters or 3D printed PETG for smaller units. Returns are finished with 2K automotive paint or 10-year exterior grade paint.

Power: Transformer supplied for remote mounting.
Wiring: Individual tails per letter (requires series/parallel connection behind wall).
Mounting: Back tray fixes directly to the wall; letter shell bridges over the tray.
Note: Wall fixings (plugs/screws) are not supplied. 1:1 drilling template included.
