Product Overview

Custom-shaped dimensional signs fabricated from multiple layers of PVC board. We do not hold stock. You provide the vector shape and dimensions, and we build the unit.

The structure is composed of stacked 5mm and 10mm PVC layers (up to 5 layers total), CNC-routed to create depth. Finished with 2K automotive paint or 10-year exterior grade paint. Supplied with hidden snap-fix locators or VHB tape for installation. A 1:1 paper installation template is included.

Technical Specifications

Material: High-density PVC Board (5mm and 10mm thicknesses).
Construction: Multi-layer assembly (CNC routed).
Option: Intricate details can be produced via 3D Printed PETG upon request.
Finish: Wet sprayed 2K Automotive Paint or 10-Year Exterior Paint.
Note: A RAL or Pantone reference is required for colour matching.
Mounting: Hidden plastic snap-fix locators (stand-off) or VHB (Very High Bond) tape.
Note: 1:1 drilling template included.
Usage: Suitable for interior and exterior environments.
