Product Overview

Custom-fabricated wall panels combining artificial foliage with dimensional signage. We do not hold stock. You provide the overall dimensions, and we fabricate the unit to fit.

The structure consists of an aluminium composite back panel framed with aluminium angles to create a rigid box section. The face is covered in high-density artificial foliage. Branding is achieved using CNC-cut PVC or 3D Printed lettering, wet-sprayed with 2K automotive paint and mounted on spacers to float above the foliage layer.

Size: Custom. Built to your exact dimensions.
Base Construction: Aluminium Composite (ACM) backing with aluminium angle frame.
Surface: High-density artificial foliage (permanently bonded).
Lettering Material: CNC router-cut PVC (5mm/10mm) or 3D Printed (PLA/PETG).
Lettering Finish: Wet sprayed 2K Automotive Paint.
Note: A RAL or Pantone reference is required for colour matching.
Mounting (Letters): Installed on spacers/stand-offs for depth.
Mounting (Panel): Box-frame structure suitable for split-batten or direct wall fixing.
Note: Wall fixings are not supplied.
Usage: Interior use only.
Acoustic Properties: Foliage density contributes to sound absorption and reverberation reduction.
