Product Overview

Illuminated signage featuring dimensional acrylic letters protruding through a metal face. We do not hold stock. You provide the vector file and dimensions, and we fabricate the unit.

The construction method varies by size. Large units utilize a folded Aluminium Composite (ACM) tray (80mm return) mounted to an internal aluminium angle and ACM back tray. Smaller units utilize a welded aluminium casing with a flat ACM face. The text is CNC cut from the face, with 10mm Opal Acrylic elements bonded to a secondary acrylic diffuser layer and chemically adhered to the rear of the panel, creating a lit edge effect.

Push-Through Elements: 10mm Opal Acrylic.
Assembly: Layered acrylic system (10mm projection + backing diffuser) chemically bonded to the rear of the ACM face.
Finish (Face):
Standard: Wrapped in 7 Year Polymeric Vinyl (Matt/Gloss).
Option: Wet sprayed 2K or 10 year exterior Paint.
Illumination: Internal LED Modules.
Effect: Face and edge illumination of the acrylic letters only (Opaque metal face).
Power: Transformer supplied.
Mounting:
Large: Internal sub frame fixes to wall; Tray fixes to sub-frame.
Small: Back tray fixes to wall; Casing bridges over.
