Product Overview

Double-sided projecting signs fabricated to specific logo shapes or contours. We do not hold stock. You provide the vector outline and dimensions, and we fabricate the unit.

The casing is built with a fully welded solid aluminium subframe for maximum structural rigidity. The outer chassis is fabricated from CNC-folded aluminium composite or solid aluminium depending on the profile shape. Finished with 2K automotive paint or 10-year exterior grade paint. We can supply the unit blank, with applied vinyl, or with dimensional branding (PVC, Acrylic, or 3D Printed PETG). A 1:1 paper installation template is included for accurate drilling.

Technical Specifications

Shape: Fully bespoke. Manufactured to follow specific logo contours.
Chassis Construction: CNC-folded ACM or Solid Aluminium casing.
Internal Structure: Fully welded solid aluminium subframe (Unitary construction).
Face Material: 5mm Opal Acrylic (standard) or Polycarbonate (spec determined by structural load).
Finish: Wet sprayed 2K Automotive Paint or 10-Year Exterior Paint.
Note: A RAL or Pantone reference is required for colour matching.
Illumination: High-output LED Modules (IP67 Waterproof).
Colour Options: Cool White (6000K) or Warm White (3000K).
Power: Transformer supplied for internal or remote mounting.
Wiring: Supplied with a 1-meter cable tail for connection to mains feed.
Mounting: Integrated aluminium projecting brackets (Welded to subframe).
Note: Wall fixings (bolts/anchors) are not supplied. 1:1 drilling template included.
Graphics Options:
Hardware Only: Supplied blank (white faces).
Vinyl: We apply translucent vinyl graphics in-house.
Dimensional: Raised lettering via CNC-cut Acrylic/PVC or 3D Printing (PETG).
