Product Overview

Double-sided projecting signs built to your specific dimensions. We do not hold stock. You provide the height and width, and we fabricate the unit.

The casing is constructed from aluminium channel or composite with opal acrylic or polycarbonate faces, illuminated by high-efficiency LEDs. Finished with 2K automotive paint or 10-year exterior grade paint. We can supply the unit blank or fully finished with translucent vinyl graphics. A 1:1 paper installation template is included for accurate drilling.

Case Material: Aluminium Channel or CNC-routed Aluminium Composite (ACM).
Face Material: 5mm Opal Acrylic (standard) or Polycarbonate.
Finish: Wet sprayed 2K Automotive Paint or 10-Year Exterior Paint.
Note: A RAL or Pantone reference is required for colour matching.
Internal Structure: 100% Aluminium frame. MIG welded.
Illumination: High-efficiency LED modules.
Colour Options: Cool White (6000K) or Warm White (3000K).
Power: Transformer supplied for internal or external installation.
Wiring: Supplied with a 1-meter cable tail for connection to mains feed.
Mounting: Includes internal aluminium fixing plate or wall brackets.
Note: Wall fixings (bolts/anchors) are not supplied. 1:1 drilling template included.
Graphics Options:
Hardware Only: Supplied blank (white faces).
Finished: We apply translucent vinyl graphics in-house (vector file required).
