Product Overview

Complete large format illuminated fascia signage. We do not hold stock. You provide the height, width, and artwork, and we fabricate the fully wired unit.

The casing is built from a 100mm x 25mm aluminium C-channel frame, MIG welded and reinforced with internal bracing for structural rigidity. The face is 5mm Opal Polycarbonate (high impact resistance), secured with aluminium angle retainers. Graphics can be applied via translucent vinyl, full colour print, or bonded dimensional letters (PVC or 3D Printed) to create depth. Supplied fully illuminated with integrated LED modules and drivers.

Note: A RAL or Pantone reference is required for colour matching.
Illumination: High output LED Modules (IP67 Waterproof).
Power: Transformer supplied (IP rated).
Control: Optional Photocell (Dusk to Dawn sensor) available on request.
Graphics Options:
Flat: Translucent Vinyl or Full Colour Digital Print.
Dimensional: Opaque 3D Letters (PVC or PETG) bonded to the face.
Mounting: Internal welded angle brackets for direct wall fixing.
Note: Wall fixings (bolts/anchors) are not supplied.
