Product Overview

Custom dimensional letters fabricated with rear illumination (halo effect). We do not hold stock. You provide the vector file and height, and we fabricate the units.

The face is constructed from stainless steel, solid aluminium, or composite. The returns (sides) are formed from welded aluminium for larger letters or 3D printed PETG for smaller, intricate shapes. The back tray is clear polycarbonate or clear 3D printed PETG to allow light projection. Finished with 2K automotive paint, brushed metallic, or mirror polish. Supplied with stand-off fixings and a 1:1 paper installation template.

Large Letters: Welded Aluminium strip.

Back Tray: Clear Polycarbonate (with spacers) or Clear 3D Printed PETG.
Finish Options:
Paint: Wet sprayed 2K Automotive Paint (RAL/Pantone match).
Metal: Brushed Metallic or Mirror Polished (Stainless Steel only).
Illumination: High-efficiency LED modules (Rear-firing).
Colour Options: Cool White (6000K), Warm White (3000K), or Coloured.
Power: Transformer supplied for remote mounting.
Wiring: Individual tails per letter (requires series/parallel connection behind wall).
Mounting: Stand off fixings (Spacers) to allow for light wash.
