Oxygen Care Signage and vehicle branding We were pleased to contribute to the rebranding project for Oxygen Care. Our role involved the manufacturing of signs and the installation of various signage elements, including building letters to enhance the exterior visibility, a front fascia sign, and vehicle branding. These efforts, along with additional signage, helped strengthen the brand's identity. We are truly grateful for the trust Oxygen Care placed in our team and are excited to have been part of this important step in their journey. We look forward to seeing their continued success and growth in the future. Contributions Our involvement in this project centered on the manufacturing of outdoor signage and vehicle branding. Below are the primary signage solutions we developed for the Oxygen Care brand. Fascia Sign Facility Sign Vehicle Branding Lobby Desk Wrap Fascia Sign For the first project, we designed and installed a custom fascia sign for Oxygen Care. Starting with the design phase, we drafted a concept tailored to fit the specific section of their building. After presenting the proof to the client, we made revisions based on their feedback until they were completely satisfied. The sign featured a back panel made of sturdy dibond with aluminium angles for added support and dimension. This panel was finished in Oxygen Care’s signature green, printed on matte laminated high-tack vinyl for both durability and a sleek finish. Their logo was CNC routed from brushed aluminium finish ACM, and mounted using standoffs to create a dimensional effect with subtle shadowing behind the letters. Once completed, we transported the sign to the site and installed it using a boom lift. Facility Sign For the second project, we fabricated and installed a large facility sign with 19mm Foamex letters. The letters were CNC routed and painted white, strategically placed on the highest point of the building to ensure visibility from the motorway. The installation presented a unique challenge as the building’s exterior featured a corrugated metal wall, and we opted not to use a back panel. Instead, we used custom-length spacers to ensure the letters aligned perfectly despite the uneven surface. Prior to installing this sign, we carefully removed the previous main sign, which the client chose to preserve as a part of their company's history. Vehicle Branding The third project involved branding Oxygen Care’s entire fleet of vehicles. We designed multiple versions of the branding and, once the client approved the final design, we applied it to each vehicle, ranging from small vans to larger trucks. We used high-quality, gloss-laminated vinyl to ensure longevity and a professional finish. The branding was carefully installed to maintain consistency across all vehicle sizes. Lobby Desk Wrap For the final project, we modernized Oxygen Care’s lobby by wrapping their long, white reception desk with their signature branding. We printed their logo and signature "whoosh" element on gloss-laminated vinyl, which gave the desk a sleek, contemporary look, enhancing the overall aesthetic of their lobby. Back to Projects
