Product Overview

Double-sided projecting units manufactured to specific logo contours for retail fascias and commercial branding. Each unit incorporates an internal aluminium frame with 25mm square tube projection arms and a 6mm solid aluminium mounting plate. The outer chassis is fabricated from 0.8mm/1.2mm aluminium coil or ACM, depending on the profile complexity. Finished with low-VOC aqueous polyurethane, these units support a 5–7 year aesthetic performance life. Branding is applied via translucent vinyl or opaque black vinyl to facilitate a fret-cut effect. Due to wind resistance and structural load factors, a maximum projection distance of 800mm from the mounting surface is recommended.
