Product Overview
Rectangular lightbox enclosures for large-format signage applications that exceed the structural limits of standard folded trays. The chassis utilizes a 100mm x 25mm aluminium C-channel, MIG-welded with internal bracing to prevent deflection over long spans. These units are configured with 5mm polycarbonate, CNC fret-cut, or 10mm push-through acrylic faces. Finished with low-VOC aqueous polyurethane, this non-ferrous construction prevents oxidation staining and supports a 5–7 year aesthetic performance life.
