Single-unit illuminated signage fabricated in bespoke shapes to follow brand contours or logo silhouettes. The construction utilizes aluminium returns bonded to an opal acrylic face, following the assembly method of face-lit built-up letters. Graphics are applied via translucent polymeric vinyl for full-face illumination, or opaque vinyl to achieve a selective light-block effect. Dimensionality can be added to the face using applied opaque elements, such as 3D-printed elements or CNC-routed PVC. Finished with low-VOC aqueous polyurethane, this non-ferrous construction provides a 10-year interior or 5–7 year exterior aesthetic performance life.
